We had the most fabulous week staying at Teal Cottage.  The cottage is beautiful, very spacious, clean and has everything that you need. Fabulous treats on arrival and the hot tub was amazing!

As we had 3 grandchildren with us, booking the separate swimming pool at Angela’s house proved to be very successful and with floats, squirty guns and tubes, lots of fun was had!

Great views and exceptionally clean. Really clear instructions on arrival. It rained most of the time we were there, but that didn't spoil our holiday as the cottage was so comfortable and the hot tub was so well positioned overlooking Holmfirth.

“Angela was an incredible host. When we arrived she had made delicious baking (outrageous amounts) including a gluten free cake for my wife Jo because of her allergies! She left us a thoughtful gift hamper stocked with food and drinks. She went far above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The home was great, beautiful views, comfortable bed, amazing shower and it was so nice a quiet. It was exactly what we were after. It was also very well set up for our two little kids. I would definitely recommend this place to others!”

"Everything you would need including lovely bathroom and toiletries and yummy snacks for taking on walks. Angela gave us excellent suggestions of where to go walking and for days out. “A really lovely place to spend a few days. Highly recommended. From start to finish, Angela was very professional, yet warm and welcoming too.. The fridge was stocked with eggs, juice, milk and butter, and a delicious hamper of goodies meant we were left wanting for nothing on arrival. Leaflets full of useful local info are on hand. The parking space is very handy, it's only a 10 minute stroll down the hill into town.  It was peaceful at night and we found the bed very comfortable. WiFi was very good for those that need it, but TV signal a bit wobbly at times. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting the area.”

Angela, firstly we’ve just returned from a 4 night stay at Teal Cottage and it’s been a truly wonderful stay the cottage is delightful, beautifully furnished and so many lovely finishing touches that I could have stayed at least another week the hamper, cupcakes and shortbread was fabulous and very generous clearly a lot of thought has gone into every aspect of it it was very gratefully received by all .

 

Secondly , I had the most wonderful sleep in the green room the mattress was heavenly I woke with none  of my normal aches and pains
